ChatRound Chrome Extension

The ChatRound browser extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. It opens chatround.ai in a browser tab and optionally passes text you explicitly select on a page. No browsing history, cookies, or analytics are gathered by the extension itself.

chatround.ai Web Application

When you sign in to chatround.ai via Google OAuth, we store your name, email address, and profile picture to identify your account. Your conversations are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure and are not shared with third parties. API keys you provide are encrypted at rest and used solely to call the AI providers you selected.

Third-Party AI Providers

Messages you send in a discussion are forwarded to the AI model providers you choose (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Each provider's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data.

Analytics

chatround.ai uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. We track aggregate page-view counts and anonymous funnel events (e.g. landing page viewed, sign-in started) to improve the product.
